Web Grader

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Web Grader does not ask for your name, email or any account. When you grade a website, the address you enter is sent to our server, which loads that page in a browser, checks it with Google Lighthouse and takes desktop, tablet and phone screenshots of it.

The report and screenshots are held in our server's memory for one hour so you can reload the page, then deleted. They are never written to a database. Your theme preference and a short list of your recent grades are kept in your browser's storage and never leave your device.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Lighthouse — open-source software that runs on our own server to check the page you enter. Nothing is sent to Google by it.

3. Cookies

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your theme, your cookie choice and your recent grades. We show no ads and set no tracking cookies. You can clear local storage at any time in your browser settings.

4. Data Security

We keep no personal data. Grading requests are limited per network address to protect the service, and those counters live only in memory. Our server will not grade private or internal network addresses.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
